Shipping Policy

KoKo Harley orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–2 business days from the order date, excluding pre-order items.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or modifications prior to shipment, as orders move quickly through our fulfillment process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary ground shipping.
For orders under $250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

All orders ship via UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will ship on the estimated date listed on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
