Shipping Policy

KoKo Harley orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days from the order date, excluding pre-order items.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing as soon as they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once submitted, including pre-orders.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary ground shipping.
For orders under $250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

All orders ship via UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order are expected to ship by the estimated date listed on the product page. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
