Items purchased from KoKo Harley are eligible for store credit when the return is initiated and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds.
Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

STORE CREDIT

• Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3–10 business days for processing and store credit issuance.
• Store credit is automatically adjusted for any discounts, taxes, and a flat $10 return shipping fee (unless your order was incorrect or defective).
• Store credit will be issued via KoKo Harley E-Gift Card.
• Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS 

• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
• Garments must be free of stains, odors, makeup, and debris.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly or deemed defective.
• Items not meeting these requirements will be denied and returned to the customer once a reshipment fee has been paid.
